Last weekend I purchased my third ever butternut squash. This buy was definitely a bargain as I found out when I cut it in half. My bonus was at least £25 worth in seeds.

This is the butternut squash plant that I sowed back in the spring. All of a sudden it seems to have dominated my garden. Nice that it’s covering some spare ground with lush green. Not many squash on there though for the size of the plant.
